Whether you’re planning an excursion for a whole year level, bringing a small TAFE cohort or coordinating a community group, we’ll make sure your visit is smooth, safe and worthwhile for every student or participant.

Who can book as a group?

• Secondary schools (Years 9–12) – VCE, VET, VCAL
• TAFE & adult learning programs
• Alternative education providers
• Community employment & re-entry support groups
• Youth and career mentoring organisations

What’s included?

When you register a group, you’ll get:

• Free entry for all students, teachers, carers and support workers
• Simple bus drop-off & pick-up instructions with clear directions for drivers

A teacher planning pack with:

• Risk assessment details
• Venue maps & floor plan
• Permission slip templates (optional)
• Event timetable & session highlights
• On-site support

You’ll also receive a digital Careers in Tourism Guide to share with students beforehand so they know what to expect and who they might want to meet.

We understand the requirements that come with planning excursions: duty of care, supervision ratios, risk assessments, transport logistics, and parental permissions. We can provide any extra details you need for your internal paperwork, just ask!

Registration is easy, just email us a list of students’ names and year levels, and we’ll handle the registrations for you.
